Items must be sent back to CareerChic within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags or accessories. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all CareerChic product tags attached.
When returning an item for any reason, please complete and submit the return form, found in the Customer Service section of our website. It may take 3 to 10 business days from the date the package is received to be inspected. Once items are inspected, customers will receive a credit on their CareerChic account for the amount of the returned item.
If returned items are not in the same condition as when they were sent, we have the right to refuse or send the package back. If the original order qualified for free shipping and promotional shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted.
Damaged or Defected Items
Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 10 days from delivery date. It must be accompanied by a photo displaying the evidence of the claim. All of these claims can range from one to eight business days to be resolved after claim is submitted.
Ineligible Items for Return
•Clearance items, special sale items, promotional items, special order items.
•All accessories are Final Sale.
•Any product that is opened, used, tried on, altered, and damaged by customer, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.
